Thank you for purchasing our products at A Girl’s World operated by Marquetta Canada. A Girl’s World does not have a refund policy, but we do honor in store credit or exchange for bigger/smaller size item of equal value. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the item within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If the item is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
